Who we are
The data controller is Omicron Digital, Anatolikis Romylias 42, 54454 Thessaloniki, Greece. For anything about your data: info@omicron.digital or +30 698 970 3523.
What we collect
Whatever you send us when you get in touch: name, company, email, phone and your message. With your consent we also collect usage statistics (pages viewed, device, approximate area).
Why we use it
To answer your request and send you a quote, to carry out our work together and — with your consent — to improve the site and measure our ads.
Legal basis
Answering your enquiry rests on our legitimate interest and on pre-contractual steps. Statistics and advertising rest solely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Service providers we rely on technically: hosting, email, Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel) where you have consented. We never sell data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for as long as we work together and up to five years after, for tax and legal reasons. Statistics for up to 14 months.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. Email us and we will reply as soon as we can. If you believe we have not respected your rights, you may complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
